Show condition: Based on previous answer

Thanks for all your help guys.

My form is very complex that i've made.

Depending on what someone chooses, for the admin team using the forms, it would be good to have the subject stating exactly what training the participant has chosen.

Im not sure how to set it so that if they choose someone it will show specifically the options for that participant.

You don't have to show an input field like in the demo. It can be any field you like. A text field with a custom message would probably be what you are looking for.

The text field supports text, pictures, hyperlinks, etc.

I think I didn't make my question clear enough I'm sorry.
Im talking about the automated email that I get when someone fills out the form.
Instead of it just saying the name of the form, is there a way to include the persons name in the subject line, and also more information?
For example if you look at my form, if someone chooses "power of benefit" "onsite in goa" and there name is "John Doe", can it be set so that this information shows in the automated email.
Im going to have a lot of people filling these forms and it will be much easier to organize in this way.
Otherwise everything looks the same.

If I understand your question correctly you want to add the form field data in the subject line of the notification email alert. Is that correct?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by adding field "UNIQUE NAME" tag in the subject line of email alert. Please check the screenshot below on how to add field name tag in email alert. Please check the screenshot below:
