Application submission not processing

Good afternoon,

I am with Urban Electric Company and our username is UECoTradeAccount.  We had a submission on 1/9/18 (Denise Bennett Design).  I have tried processing this submission a few times and it is still not going through.

Please let me know how we can rectify this issue.
