Hi there,
How can I view my support history? I've asked this question before but I can't find the emailed response.
The question again is about automated email response and setting it up so it just goes to someone's first name - currently the field is {yourName}
I would like the email to be addressed to their first name as my clients are well known to me - but I need to collect both first and last name on the form

Please use {yourName:first}, if you only want to print the first name. Just to let you know, if you want to print only the last name, then it would be {yourName:last}.

If you tick guitar group/singing group/both guitar and singing, I have set up a conditional email but currently they’re still receiving the general auto responder as well.
How do I cancel that out, so they’ll just receive the free trial autoresponder?
In other words “unable to attend..” tick box should only receive the general auto responder.
