I have spent hours today trying to work out how I add an opt out clause and tick box into my form. I am running a competition to give away a prize but I want to make sure I am keeping things legal in terms of datA Protection law and add an opt out button so users can unsubscribe. However I do not know how to add this onto my form. Please can you help as i've spent hours building the form and trying to sort this and I need to put this promotion live on my website asap. thank you so much for your help
e.g. Your details, including your email address and mobile number, may be used to keep you informed about our future service and events and shared with our partners.
If you do not want to receive such information please tick the opt-out box.

If you want to ask your respondents if they would agree to some terms or condition, I suggest that you add a Terms&Conditons widget in your form.
I hope this helps. If, in any case, I have misunderstood your concern, please feel free to contact us again anytime.
