    Hi,

Can I insert my pdf form into the jotform system? And by using the data the public has inserted via jotform system to fill in the pdf ? After that they can get the pdf application form with their personal information via email notification?

please let me know the way via sending email to my email account.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Thank you !

Yes, you can do that with our Notifications.

    Here is how:

With that option enabled, your submitters will receive the PDF of the form with the data they just filled.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you!

I know you have the function of receiving PDF form. But what i ask is that
can I insert my own pdf application form and setting the data entry into
the particular boxes of my pdf form. Is it possible ?
    Looking forward to your reply.
    Thank you.

I believe that you want to send the attachment file to the form filling person. Please note that the auto-responders are intended to send to the email address entered in the form. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add any files to the notifications except for those that are uploaded to the form or PDF reports. If you want to attach your file to the email, you may consider adding an auto-responder that allows to attach other files to the email.

    Hope this information helps.
