I use Weebly and want to use JotForm to create a contact form that routes emails based on a dropdown value.
I've mocked up something that works using the JotForm app on Weebly, but really want the appearance of a conventional, static web page. JotForm's default seems to be an animated, question-at-a-time sweeping appearance.
Is there any way to use JotForm with a more conventional "show the form, fill out the form" style?

1) Email conditions
Yes, its possible to route an email based on a users answer.
How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer
First add a dropdown list and populate it with names
Then create a notification email and customize it how you like.
Finally create a condition to send the email.
2) Layout
Unfortunately your account does not have the ability to switch layouts. So the only option you have is to use the one question on a page layout.
