OK I GOT THE FORM ONTO MY WEBSITE .now how do i make it where people can type on it and send it to my email.. its not interactive .. please help

Thank you for the added information.
I checked your form and I can see that there's no added basic field except for the Email address. That's the reason why you cannot type anything to your form. You use the Text tool which is not a field.

thank you so much... this helped me a lot...
One more question now that the form is on my web page.. i need when this form is filled out to be emailed to this email address and i also would like it to go to another email address also to be viewed can i do that? if so how.. I tried sending a copy to myself by hitting the submit button on the bottom and also to a different email address but the form did not open it showed up within a box only.. this is the link again of the form can you tell me if it is correctly set up for emails .- Trade Sheethttp://s689995949.initial-website.com/trade-sheet/
