I am able to see my forms embed on the page but when the user submits the form they get a "bad gateway" error.
I have tried to see the submissions on Jotform and just get a blank window.

We are deeply sorry for the inconveniences caused.
Today, we had a temporary outage issue. I do not have yet the information about the issue from our Technicians. However, I would like to assure you that they will do their best to find out the source of the problem and fix it.
As far as I can see, the system is stable now. Please re-check your forms to make sure that the problem is sorted out.
