You have only one form on your account and that form is currently encrypted.

Do you have some other form on some other account that is not encrypted?

Inside of this guide, you can find how to encrypt a form:

Thank you for your response, I actually figured out how to put the encryption back on. But all our past form submissions are still jumbled and unreadable. Is there a way to fix that?

Encrypted submissions will remain encrypted even when you turn off the encryption option. Only the new submissions that the key will not be required and they will not be encrypted.

Also, note that while the encryption feature is disabled you will not be asked for the key so the old encrypted submissions will remain encrypted.
