I have continuously added Gen.Durbridge@gpt.com.au to the form in the screenshot but she is still not being sent the form. Are you able to investigate please?

It looks like the email address wasn't correctly added. Please try again (and remember to hit the green save button)
Also note that there are nine email conditions. If any one of them are evaluated as true it will override the default recipients above.
