Consent Box/Terms widget not working properly.

    Hi there,

    On my form I have a small box with a check box to say they have accepted out media release policy. However in the last two days I have had multiple people saying they cannot get the box to check and getting errors as we have said they can't move past it. Is there anything you can do on your end to help this work better or is it just that the form has gotten busier in the last few days? Our deadline is Friday so it will be crazy the next few days.

    It is because on your "Short Scrollable Terms" widget, you checked/enabled "Must Read All Text" and the Content Area has many empty/blank spaces.

    Which is why even if they read all the non-empty texts, they still need to scroll down to the last part of the Content Area to be able to check the box.


    The solution for this is to delete those BLANK/EMPTY texts in the Content Area .
