If you meant refund the payment amount from your Payment form that uses payment integration, the answer is no.
You can do it on your payment account processor that you used in the Payment form integration instead.
Example, if you use PayPal payment integration, if there is disputed payment from a successful payment transaction, you can settle the dispute via PayPal only.
