Multiple Inputs for Input Tables

We are trying to create a 6X8 input table that allows 3 entries for each input box.  We have searched thru widgets and other entries but can't find a way to do it.  the column headwinds are:

Week  Sun Mon Tue Were Thurs Fri Sat

The row titles are Week 1 2 3 4 5 

There are three inputs for each cell AM, SS, PM
