i got a late reply from my jotform to google sheet

The data was sent to google sheet one day after my client submit form...its a very late action from your side..please advice or doing something about this matters.

Can you please inform which browser are you using? I created a test form and integrated with Google Spreadsheets. And the submissions are sent instantly to the sheet.
