    I have checked your account and it appears to be working properly as well as I can confirm that you have not reached your submission limit.

    When you say email via jotform to get this error message where are you seeing this? Could you please provide a link or screenshot? Is this in the email alerts or when you are trying to send us an email via our contact form? or?

    It is unclear and I would like more information to help us pinpoint exactly where the issue is so that we can correct it.
