I emailed about this last week, and have yet to receive a response. For some reason the form will not allow me to change the email address that is notified when someone fills out the form. When I send a test email, it goes to an email address that is not listed in the notification section. I have no idea how to fix this.

Please try to logout, clear your page cache and try to edit it again and if the issue still there, delete it and do recreate your form notifications again.

I'm sorry, I have just check your email email@example.com and it has been added to our bounce list, reason below;
Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'#5.1.0 Address rejected.'
But I have removed it now and all should now works fine.
