    It says I can get silver for $25 a month if I pay for the whole year but it is trying to charge me the full amount instead of the discounted one

    Hello Janay,

    Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. Sorry for the misunderstanding. To clarify your concern, the 50% discount will apply only on the annual plan, meaning that instead of getting charged $49.99 per month, you will get charged $25.00 per month on the yearly plan. That offer is billed only annually so you can't pay for it on a monthly basis.

    I am aware of that. I am attempting to pay the annual cost of the $25 a month but it’s not giving me 50% off. It is charging me full price instead.Inquriy About The Silver Membership Image 1 Screenshot 20

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you're having trouble with upgrading. Can you try upgrading from the main page of your Jotform account? Let me show you how:

    1. Login to your account and on the MyForms page, click on the Pricing tab on the navigation bar at the top right of the screen. This will redirect you to the pricing page.

    2. Try purchasing again from that page and see if you'll get the discounted price.

    If it still doesn't give you the discount, let us know and we'll reach out to the relevant team to help you with this.

    Hi Janay,

    Thank you for patiently waiting. We have an update from our Billing Team. What you can do is you can cancel the IOS subscription and then try to upgrade using the desktop version of your account.

    Hey it’s still not working and it’s trying to charge my card full price. Is there a way to contact someone so that they can charge my card the right place?

    Hi Janay,

    Thank you for patiently waiting. Please upgrade to a paid plan using this link. You will need to pay for the full price upon upgrade, but we will process a partial refund. One more thing, you will need to follow Apple's refund process for mobile subscriptions.
