I want to sell a digital product at a retail location. When the item is purchased the customer will get a Purchase Code #. that # can be imputed into a Jotform Form, as well as the customer's email address and that will email them a digital copy of the product they purchased.

While I was running some tests today on the forms, I realized that if I refresh the page and put in the code and email again it will allow me to do this again and again. doing this would be a theft from my company. how can i fix this?

Here is the page where the form is currently on my site...https://www.magzstand.com/d2r-belle-femme

    Purchase Code: MZS-BFDI-D2R-WIN18

You can use the Unique Question feature in the Form Settings. This feature will prevent the submission if the user entered the same values. Please check this user guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/223-How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question.

Hope that helps. Let us know if you are referring to a different issue. Thank you.
