Pending Payments (also known as Incomplete Payments) happen because the customer/user that filled out your form did not complete it when they submitted it by closing it out the form after submission before it could foward them to the payment gateway. If you click on the Notification you will then be taken to a page that lists any previous incomplete payments that you have and if you hover over it you will see in the corner " Complete Submission ". If you click on that it will send the customer an email requesting them to finish it by requesting that they finalize and make a payment.
