I see that with the free plan you can recieve up to ten secure form replies a month, but with the paid plan 1000.
I am creating a form for a school for registration. Over most of the year the 10 per month will probably be sufficient , so I would only need the paid plan for a couple of months per year when things get busy. Is it possible to purchase the paid plan for a couple of months and then return to the free plan?
Or can you introduce some kind of credits people can purchase like mailchimp does - i think that would be very interesting to a lot of users such as myself.

Hi, our plans have currently been set to attempt to meet the majority of most customer's needs per plan level thereby offering not only a fair price but an excellent deal for what you pay for as well compared to that of our competitors.
As for your question involving credits such as mailchip currently we do not have a feature like this because of our firm prices but I will foward this request to our development team to look into consideration with.
You can easily upgrade when you need it and downgrade when you don't even if only for a few months. Also the current payment gateway we now use when you pay for an upgrade on your account (via FastSpring) allows for pro-rated payments. Also, if you end up upgrading and then upgrading again in the same month should you happen to need it, the system will adjust and give you a pro-rated cost as a sort of discount.
You can view our 3 current plans and pricing at http://www.jotform.com/pricing and then just click upgrade when you are ready to do so.
If you have any further questions or would like more help feel free to ask us and we would be happy to assist you further.

ok, this sounds perfect. Is it the case that if I go over the 10 per month threshold I will receive an email notifying me to upgrade?

Hi Klokhuis. Yes, as soon as you reach the limit, you will be notified of the temporary suspension scheduled the next day.
