I have created an account and successfully created my first form - thank you. Problem is that I cannot log back into my account.
Username is gino, and have tried several times to get my password reset. the email gets sent but does not arrive in my inbox or spam folder. I have received the activating or initial email to gino[at]stressdiaries.com, but cannot get the username and password to work. I am unsure of the password and that is probably why I cannot get in.
PLEASE help? Need to edit my created form...

I was able to check your account, and found no issue with it. Your current username is 'gino' and it uses the email account you just mentioned.
Try requesting a 'password reset' using the 'Forgot Password?' button in JotForm's login page.
Use the email you previously used to signed-up so that you can recieve the reset instructions.
Please inform us if you continue to encouter this issue.
