We have a conference that need each participant to register individually. If one person wants to pay for multiple participants - How can we add a list of participants - such as number of people being register and then it can be paid for with one credit card entry?
The goal is to capture every participant in order to create individual lanyard name tags.

The only way to do this in one form would be to have multiple sets of fields for the registrants and then show those fields conditionally. Something similar to what is described in the following guide:
This could be based on a "Number of registrants" field or something of that nature. You could also use that number and multiple it by the cost of registering. This can be done using a calculation field:
