    Where are my old forms?

Asked by guest_22758650371053 on October 02, 2012 at 11:45 PM

I worked on additional forms this past summer.  I thought I'd made them using an account, but perhaps I did it as a guest.  In any event, when I try to load them now, I get a page saying form not found, and that the form is disabled.  The forms in question were at the following addresses:

    http://form.jotform.us/form/22035722732143

    http://form.jotform.us/form/22026807114141

My username (created just now) is jlmink

The forms you mentioned were created under a guest account which was subsequently suspended due to a potential phishing activity.

I checked thoroughly and found out that the offending form is actually the Google Docs sign-in page imported to your account. I think you may have been playing around and did not realize that login forms are not allowed on JotForm.

The forms you're interested with, anyway, do not have malicious content, so I went ahead and transferred them to your account jlmink.

Feel free to contact us again should you need further assistance on this topic.

    Thanks!
