Is it possible to merge our accounts

Hi I am working as a volunteer fundraiser for a K-8 school, and recently upgraded my account while running an event.  I didn't realize that the school has set up a separate account...is it possible to merge our accounts and/or downgrade my subscription and save my data?

It is possible to transfer forms(including existing form data) to another account. We can do this for you.  

Please tell us the other account/username where you want to merge your account/username  cathedralball forms. We can do the transfer after you confirmed.
