Forms not submitting — stuck on "Please wait..."

    Hi there,


    I am pressing submit on my forms but it doesn't want to email to my email address I set up. 


    Can you help?

    Hello,

    As I am not able to replicate the issue on my end, can you please tell us more information about your form such as the page or URL where the form is embedded? Or can you tell us if the problem persists?

    When I press "Submit" it turns into "Please wait.." but stays frozen
    there and doesn't get emailed to me.. is that cause I'm on the free
    version or...?

    Your account on a free version would not affect how your form is submitted.

    I have checked your account and I see 3 active forms.

    I have made a test submission on each of the forms and I was not able to reproduce the issue you described.

    Are you submitting the form from a website?

    Are you testing your form on your computer or on another device (mobile/tablet)?

    May we also know what browser were you using when you encountered the issue, please?

    The method of embedding the form on a page can be a factor to why it would happen like that, which is why from my previous response I asked for the page where your form is embedded. It would be great if you can share with us the link or URL of the page on how you fill up the form.

    Here is the form I embedded into the site.
    Is there a way we can speak on the phone regarding this?
