Why submit button is not showing properly?

    The SUBMIT button is really small plus

    I have attached a screen shot of the THANK YOU PAGE which does not have any of the data I set up. 

    Can you advise what has happened please

    I re-added the submit button to your form so that issue is fixed, the button is showing fine now.

    Thanks for fixing the submit button. Was it something I did?
