Email body missing when forwarded to Freshdesk

    Hello,

    I'm having trouble seeing the email body of an email that gets forwarded to my Freshdesk inbox from my Gmail account. I receive this email notification from JotForm in my Gmail with the body just fine. I found a public ticket already about this but there was no solution provided.

    I've attached the screenshots of the JotForm email history, Gmail inbox, and the view of the ticket as a zip below. Please have a look.

    What is weird is that if I add a PDF of the form in the email notification, I can see that it's been passed to Freshdesk. The only thing that it's not passing is the body.

    Kindly do note that we currently do not have integration with Freshdesk. From the screenshot  I can see the email has been sent with the body and show as it should.

    Seem that the area that has a problem is the integration between Gmail and Freshdesk where the email body is striped off.

    Based on the above I would recommend you check the integration between Gmail and FreshDesk as we may have little to assist on the Integration.
