I exceeded my account limit - what is going on here?

Someone filled out a submisstion in my name and thus I exceeded the limit,

I liked jotform until now.

I want to cancel my account, how do I do this?

I see that your subscription is under Free status and so you are only limited to 1 payment submission. It appears that you have received two payment submissions within the day and triggering a temporary suspension of your forms.

As your account's status being free, there is no subscription to cancel. Your forms will be reactivated either by upgrading back to Bronze, or by waiting until the 1st day of the next month.
