I have had several forms set up to automatically save on google drive.
I created several new forms and wanted to save the forms in a different file name. I removed the integration and tried to integrate with google forms again.
It does not create a folder that I named. I can see the file in my recent documents in google drive, but cannot find the folder that it is saved in.

All of my forms have been having this issue. I used to be able to create a specific folder for it to be saved to. Now I can't set it up for any form

Unfortunately, you cannot use an existing folder for Google Drive, even if you put the same folder name in the Google drive integration, a new folder will be created (with the same name).
If that is what you were trying to do?
