Not properly printing at page breaks

I have a page break before Telemedicine Submission Form title, but it doesn't print out accordingly

I suggest that you customize the design of your submission.

To do that, please see this guide — How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions

On the PDF Design page, add a Text before the "Telemedicine Submission Form" title.

Then, drag the right-bottom-corner to enlarge it, pushing the "Telemedicine Submission Form" to the next page.

Then, save the changes after

Once you've done that, you can download the PDF copy of the submission first from the submissions page — How-to-view-Submissions and print it from your PDF reader.

did you test this? the text field doesn't show on the customize pdf view. and if this works, is this something that would need to be done on each submission?

The Telemedicine Submission Form title should show on a new page now.

You can Download a PDF submission and test it yourself.

This will work for all submissions.
