    I would like to temporarily downgrade my subscription. How do I do this?

    I am a seasonal business, running from April to September. I will not be using more than 10 Jotforms per month between October and March and would like to switch back to the free subscription until April.

    Hi there,

    You can do so by entering the "Account settings" section found at the bottom right of your "My Forms" page.  You should see a button to cancel the subscription.  It should forward you to a payment gateway (Plimus or FastSpring) where you can make the changes.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I have gone into the account settings but only see options to the account to a larger monthly fee. I simply want to revert back to the free account until my business resumes in the Spring. How do I do this?

    Hello Craig!

    I see that you are currenlty logged in as a guest.  Have you tried logging into your account and entering the settings section?

    There should be a "cancel" button on the left hand side if you currenlty have a paying plan.

    If you still have problems with this, do let us know your which account you would like to downgrade and we can process that for you!
