I am currently using jotform to have facebook fans that like my page join our email listings. I have to manually retrieve this information and enter them into the data base on my website. Can the information be sent to a php page on my site and them my site will do the rest?Page URL:

You can accomplish this using our thank you page as a PHP page.
You can connect to your data base using PHP. In order to achieve this you need to use the Send Post Data feature. It will post the POST data to your Thank you page.
