    page navigation

Asked by funstoria on October 03, 2012 at 01:24 PM

I have created a form that requires the user to input a promo code in field#1. That is the first field of the form on page#1.

Page #2 is the personal data of the customer that has to be filled anyway. Therefore pressing next on page#1 should get us to page #2.

Now, pressing next on Page#2 should get us to pages #3, #4 or #5 depending on what the user inputted in field#1.

I created a condition but it works on the next button of page#1 not the next button of page#2 that I want it to work. How can I achieve this?

    Thanks

    P.S. JotForm is awesome!

    Hi,

If this is your form: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/22701462302339 all are fine.

Upon checking you have your conditions that if the codes wasn't the right codes, users will get into page 2 which says "The code you have entered is not valid. Please press back and try again." but even if the codes was wrong, users can still proceed with next page which is the page 3, so I assume that it is working.

But I guess, what you are trying to achieved is users can't proceed to page 3, 4 and 5 without entering the right codes? I am right or no? IF yes, I have cloned your form and do the necessary condition to hide the pagebreak on page 2 if users do not enter the right codes:

http://form.jotform.me/form/22765559038463? (Please feel free to clone back)

Hope this helps and please let us know for any concern you may have, we will be happy to assist you again.

    Thanks

    Hi, sure! Here it is

    http://www.jotformeu.com/?formID=22701462302339

let me be more specific now

    page#1 we enter one of the following {IWTD...., MOF....., ABC..... or GC......}

If the user enters a wrong code it jumps to page#2 gives him a message. I would like to skip the next button there, or maybe by pressing next it jumps pack to page#1

If the user enters one of the above it jumps to page#3. Customer fills details.

On page#3 if the customer has entered {IWTD...., MOF.....} before, when the user presses next at page#3 it should jump to page#4.

Also on page #3 if the customer has entered code GC...... and presses next it should jump on page #5.

Also on page #3 if the customer has entered code ABC..... and presses next it should jump on submit page #6.

Following that customers on page#4 by pressing next should jump to submit on page #6

Finally customers on page#5 by pressing next should jump to submit on page #6

    Hope this is not confusing.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I have modified my form: http://form.jotform.me/form/22766303754456?

Please check and hoping that this is what you want. :)

    EDIT:

I have added a box to Page 3 for them to enter the codes, if right codes, would skip them to page 5 & 6.

Added 1 more condition pressing next on page 4 would let them skip to page 6.

    Cheers!
