    Good morning!

In the past, there were some issues with blacklisting and whatnot that caused to be unavailable.  I can't remember exactly what all the details were, but I think there was some re-routing of URL's to a different domain.

How are we safegarded from this happening in the future?  I was recently asked - "what happens if JotForm goes down" and I want to have the correct answers!

    Thank you!

The incident you mentioned was a very unfortunate one. We clearly had no control over what happened - the internet community knows how GoDaddy unfairly suspended our domain without notice.

During those tough times, our supervisors had to adapt, and so they purchased multiple new domains which are still used until now. We sent out email notices to our users, prompting them to change the domains in their form URLs.

That is how we protected our valuable customers. In the minute possibility of the same issue happening again, I can safely say that we are very much prepared. JotForm has over 10 different domains that all point to the same set of servers - servers that are continuously being backed up and mirrored to ensure that our customers' forms experience no downtime.

Hope this answers your question. Thank you very much for patronage.

    Have a nice day!
