Chat Widget: Do you provide any messaging system?

Hello, 

I was wondering if there was a feature to communicate through the forms? For example, if going through approval process, and finance needs additional information, could there be some type of dialog box where her and the author of the form chat?

Unfortunately we don't provide chat functionality. That is kind of away from the service we provide (forms).
