Hi there,
Is there any way to change the file name once its uploaded to dropbox to just date and time, not in front of the subfolder name? I have different projects im trying to sort using jotform, and i would like to have the file name be the date the form entry was submitted.
Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately you cannot change the file name automatically. But you can change the Folder it will be in since each submission will be inside a Folder.
You can add a Date Picker field element and set the date and time to Current then hide it.
Then on your Dropbox integration, select "Date" field as the folder name,
It will look like this on your Dropbox.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the tip! So this sorta helps and sorta doesnt. Im using the form to create daily log entries for multiple projects. Dropbox & Jot form auto sorting daily logs by project folder is extremely helpful, but the date inside the file name, or something would be the icing on the cake.
Any ideas?

Unfortunately no. It is currently not possible to change the file names of the uploaded file in dropbox. Please note that based on you form's dropbox integration setting, a folder will be created in the dropbox and then the submission PDF along with the uploaded file will be copied there. It is not possible to change the file name of the uploads.
