I sent an email to your support team 3 hours ago about cancelling my Silver Subscription alongside a refund but I haven't heard any word back.

With your request, you account has been set to free plan. I have also refunded the prorated amount to your account. The refund process may take from 5-9 working days.

Why am I only receiving a refund of $30.69 instead of the full $39?
