Of course you can keep all your forms and the data associated to them even if you no longer have a paid subscription.

Hello, Anne. There's no need for any information from you. I have already canceled your subscription for you. You will no longer get charged again. Your subscription will stay Premium until the supposed renewal date which is on October 10, 2012.
Feel free to upgrade your subscription anytime!
