I looked on my forum and found that the SSL Certificate had these icons and this error:
Your connection to www.jotform.com is encrypted with 256-bit encryption.
How do I renew the certificate. Do Jotform Administrators control the certificate? If so, when will it be renewed, cause I dont want anyone to think our service sucks and is a scam.

Checked our certificate: it expires in 2012. So, the problem must be something else. Can you post the URL of the page you get this problem? Do you have images on your form? If so, have you used secure URL for those images?

Changing the re-captcha to regular captcha fixed the problem. I noted this in our bug list. You should not use re-captcha for now.
