I've just received this email (see attached screenshot) from a customer trying to use my form with stripe payment plugin. She tried to submit the form 4 times but it wouldn't recognise her postcode. It did, however, take £1 from her bank account each time.
I've logged into my stripe account and cant see any transactions at all but they may not show same day.

I see no record of the transactions. Can you please check your Stripe account again?
Transactions should appear instantly. If they are not there you can tell your customer you haven't received any payments. And she should contact her bank.
