Hi I have an account with you guys that I’m currently using on a regular basis and it will not let me log in to the account and does not even send me a reset password option to my email, the account name is Ibriz_akhtar and the email address used for the account is Ibriz.email@example.com.I need to get access to this account ASAP as two of the forms are live

I checked the account username (Ibriz_akhtar) and it is registered to the email address (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Please try requesting a password reset again using the email address associated with the account.
