I was able to locate and account associated with your email address but it has been suspended due to requesting social security and drivers license numbers.  If you would like, we can remove those fields from the form that caused the account to be suspended and activate the account.

The form that requests those details is your "Class Registration Signup Form".  This form was created mid 2015 and does not have any submissions.  We can remove the portions against our terms of use or remove the form all together for you if you would like.
