How can I have the dropdown to start the selection to the top instead of the bottom?

Hi- When selecting a dropdown option on this form, it automatically starts at the bottom of the option list. Can this start at the top of the list?

You have to remove the empty spaces at the end of the options and make sure to select the first (blank) option as the default.
