    Where does my form end up when sent to dropbox?

    Hi, I can not see anything sent to my dropbox account. I have looked in all the folders. I looked at the dropbox intergration video and info, and I do not see what I have done which is different to it.

    Hi,

    Have you tried checking if the dropbox settings on your computer have the right email that you have used on the integration? Or, have you tried logging in into dropbox website to see if the submissions was there?

    Pleas try to check all things specially the email that you have use. Also please check is the integration was succesfully done.

    Another solution is to remove the current integration (if it was succesfully done) and reintegrate it again.

    Unfortunately, we do not have access to your dropbox account.  

    Do you see your submissions in Jotform?  

    Simply go to https://www.jotform.com/myforms2/ while logged into the account

    If you see your submissions, as my colleague has mentioned, you can try to re-integrate to dropbox and then manually resubmit the entry to dropbox.  Simply follow these steps:

    That should send your file to your new dropbox integration.

    HI,
    Yes the email is the same one. I reintergrated DropBox and then tried to submit a different form I have made and it worked! Straight away a folder called Jotform was made in dropbox and the file in it, This had not been done when testing the other form. I then tried doing a test with the other form I had made and when I pressed sumbit it showed just a white screen, no thank you note or anything.

    Do I need to redo this form, as there is obviously a glich somewhere. I can see the submissions other worker did to test it yesterday in the submissions folder on dropbox but the accual file shows as 0 sumbissions.

    Hi,

    The "Jotform" folder is defaultly created after the integration and all submissions will go into that folder. It's great to know that it is now working.

     I then tried doing a test with the other form I had made and when I pressed sumbit it showed just a white screen, no thank you note or anything.

    I would like to asked if you have recieved the submission even it only show you a white screen after hitting submit button?

    Also, please check your thank you message settings because I doubt that you have choose the third option of the Thank You message and enter nothing on there, leaving it blank will show you just a white screen.

    It is up to you if you will redo everything, that will cost you another time. I will suggest to please check every settings on it.

    Yes, I did recieve the submission if I highlight the form in 'my forms' and click 'submissions' I can see 5 sets of info me and other workers have done to test it. But it does not show up in dropbox and on the over view of the form when shown in 'my forms' it states 0 submissions. 

    I have the default thank you page ticked.

    Odd, I copied and pasted the form link into the email reply above, but when I checked again and copied and pasted it from the 'embeded' bit on jotform into this box, I have noticed that the last digit is different.

    HI, Definatley still a problem. I just did a test (filled it out myself) and when i clicked sumbit, it just showed a blank screen http://submit.jotformeu.com/submit/22764381654358/

    The filled out form did show up in my submissions folder, but the overview is still showing 0 submissions and it is not showing in dropbox
