The Auto Delete App Doesn't Work

Is there someone that can look at it? I really want to use the app for a form I'm working on. When I try to add my form it keeps buffering for several minutes and doesn't seem to stop, so I can't add any forms to the app.

Can you try making a full refresh of your browser, or clear your browser's cache, log in, and try again using the app? I just tested it on my end but I was not able to replicate the problem. I was able to load properly the window and select forms.
