Publish-Quick share: Unable to send form via email

Usually when I send my forms out I hit the quick share via email, I input the email and put in the "I'm not a robot" word(s).  Now its not there, I've tried different browsers, clearing cache and cookies, everything and totally restarting my computer.  Still not allowing me to send.  Is there possibly an outage or issue on your end?
