Not only have we been charged twice on our credit card bill, but It looks like we were charged for the wrong plan. We received an email that we're currently paying for the Professional plan?

Hi, according to our system records it appears that one of our Support Team Members have already corrected the issue for you. I currently see that your doublecharge has been refunded and that you have been reset to a Premium Account as the originating charge was done in error. You account is currently Premium and Active until November 3rd, 2012. If you have any further questions or problems please let us know and we thank you for using JotForm.
