dear support team, we noted since some days that we are not able to forward e.g. documents (only when needed) via e-mail.
it does not work anymore - even though email address as well as the privacy terms can get entered, but the mail never arrives at our end.
thanks for your help in getting this solved.

May you please provide us more details about the problem you're facing?
I have checked the forms in your account and I can see you're not attaching the files on the email notifications.
The attached files on your form are included as a link on emails. Also, please note that the file upload fields on your form are not required which means that the users may submit the form leaving the field empty so if you need them to always include files you will need to make the fields required.
I have tested the current active forms on your account, if you're facing the issue with any specific, please let us know.
