My survey doesnt show up to my employees

    I sent my form out and used the right link but when people go to it, especially on a cellphone, it says no form. Can someone help fix this problem?

    I checked your form and it is loading on both desktop and mobile.  As far as I can tell, the form is fully functional.  Is the form still not loading on your end?  If so, let us know if there is a specific way to reproduce the issue and we will be happy to have another look.

    It came up now but I had three people test it earlier with no luck. I did not change anything on my end so not sure what happened but all is fine now.

    We did not have any sort of down time today so I am not quite sure why it was not coming up.  If the issue does occur again, let us know and we will have a look.
