Error message when submitting form on desktop but not mobile?

    Dear Jotform, 

    We have a simple form created on your system. When testing the form works (before emailing to a large number of contacts) I receive the following error message on mine and my colleagues desktops however the form works on a mobile device. Please could you advise why this may be the case and how to fix it? 

    Error message: 

    This site can’t be reached

    The webpage at might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

    I just tested your form on my laptop and it worked fine:


    I wasn't able to replicate any issue there. Are you able to?
